Hiring procedures

Approximately six weeks after the job opening was announced and when all applications have arrived, we invite a pre-selected group of candidates for a first informal interview in a small group.
Then each candidate decides whether she wants to work for BORA. The program's staff decide which of the candidates they think fits best into the program.

If both sides come to an agreement the selected candidates are invited for an interview with the entire BORA team. Only after this interview the final hiring decision is made.
