Services for Kids and Youth
Children and youth in the Communal Housing Program often need intensive support and counseling because of the difficult experiences they have been through. You can apply for special programs at the Youth Welfare Office ("Jugendamt"). Our co-workers from BORA's Non-Residential Help ("Ambulante Hilfen") work with your children directly in the house.
When you move out of the house you are not left without assistance. Often, the Youth Welfare Office will attest that you still need help and fund a woman social worker who will continue to assist you and your children.
